reader, anonymous, writes (24 July 2007): The other bloke has just answered the question, but I can also add the following. If a boy is cirumsised, it is usually done when he is very young. It involves removing the prepuce "foreskin" of his penis. If he is an uncirmsised male, his forsekin has not been removed. A lot of boys are left uncircumsised now unless it is done for health/religous reasons. Hope this answers your qery,

The difference is the presence of the prepuce. In case you don't know, the prepuce is the skin that covers the glans of the penis (the head of it). An uncircumcised male can retract this skin back and forth; a circumcised male can't, as the skin was removed.
