Women can find out when their fertile days occur by taking their temperature everyd morning first thingbefore getting out of bed. When ovulation occurs, the temperature will normally rise by about 0,2 to 0,5 degrees C. Conception is possible for about two to three days before and after the day of ovulation.
A great secret is not to get up from bed to soon after sex; raise your body;turn side ways and put your legs over his; find ways to prevent the sperm from running out...but rather to run deeper IN.
Best wishes and lots of SMILES.

You can get pregnant in all positions, I assume. I agree with Daletom in saying that timing is more important than position.
However, somewhere, some (a long) time ago I read that the "missionary" position is the one that makes conception more likely, for the simple fact that semen has the help of gravity to reach the cervix. I don't think the spermatozoa need that much help, though.

All positions are good for getting pregnant but there are a few here that may help:missionary position or from behind... After lovemaking try put a pillow under your waist so you avoid the flow of sperm out from your vagina.
After that my dear just relax and have fun.

My wife investigated this when we were trying to get pregnant some years ago. She found that while some positions are more conducive to conception than others, timing is a much more important factor. And, she says it helped when we reduced our lovemaking from 6 - 8 times a week to 3 - 4 times a week.
(I have a dissenting opinion . . . )

There are no particular positions to get pregnant. But if you are trying for a baby, you can buy ovulation kits at your pharmacy to see when you are at your most fertile.
