My social life is a mess. For weeks now I've been posting messages on facebook asking if anybody wants to join me for a drink somewhere. I never get any responses. I don't know if it's just that everyone is busy or if I'm just not a very popular person, but either way this has to change.

I'm going out tonight by myself in the hope of meeting new people. I'm a bit shy though, and i feel like I'm just inconveniencing people if I try and join their crowd. I don't want to be bother, I just want to make friends.

What's the best way I can do this successfully? My social life depends on this!
