He's not so much of a healthy eater and survives mostly on junk, but I eat balanced meals and alot of vegetables. Getting to my point, i'm looking for suggestions on which would dramatically increase the chances of falling pregnant? Please suggest all you can.. I'm thinking of maybe getting on some vitamins, perhaps? But i'm completely clueless. All help will be appreciated! Thank you in advance :-)

Have you told your gynecologist you are trying to conceive? I think that's the very best place to start. Here's one link I found for you. http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/your-pre-pregnancy-to-do-list
Good luck!
