I had a roommate lose about 130 lbs over the last couple of years! You probably have some genetic dispositions, as I'm sure he has, but it is possible. It will take a LOT of sacrifce and dedication to regulate your diet AND excersise, but keep working at it and don't get discouraged when you plateau 'cause it will happen at various times. Work on losing 1-2 lbs a week, anymore is usually not a good idea. He started out by doing about a 1/2 hour at the gym, 6 days a week. After a bit he was able to boost that up to an hour. Now, he still goes 6 days a week anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours at a time.
Set reasonable goals, and keep it slow and steady.
Good Luck!

Brisk walking!! Walk a lot after your dinner. And if you can wal after your every meal. Any sport except for board games will do good to you. It depends what you like. Badminton, tennis, swimming there are so many...It only depends what you would like to play.

I dont do it cause i need music to keep my adrenaline going lol and I dont wanna get electructed ;p Yes, talk to your phys ed teacher or even a personal trainer. Consult your PE teacher, but off-hand I'd suggest swimming.

Talk to your physical education teacher(s). They are trained and can guide towards the sport you are best suited for. You go girl, and remember to have some fun along the way.
