Understand this about mean. We are rubbish at decoding all those signs women send out. Especially young men. He may think exactly the same thing as you. He may like you but not know how to say it. So I say just ask him for his number and see what happens.

 You know, this is tough because you can read all the articles in the world on signs that guys give and still not know - because each person is individual. The only way you can find out is to just ask. If you're uncomfortable going straight for phone numbers, then get a group of friends together and invite him to come along.
I wish I had easy advice, but when it comes to men, you just have to throw yourself out there because most of the time if you wait on them, nothing...ever...happens. You'll just be driven mad. And if he doesn't take you up on these offers, then don't sweat it. You don't know what's going on in his personal life and maybe he has some crazy crush on someone else. Doesn't mean you're not hot or fun or amazing, ok? :)
