 Hi dearie, my advise is that you should work up the nerve to talk to this girl and express your feelings.
Not everyone especially females can be open and express out their feelings when they like a guy. some of us are shy enough and you wlll never know. what do you have to loose anyway. if you do ask her and she says no then be her friend. but there is always the probability that she might say yes. If you dont ask her you might never know and might end up regretting it.
