because he is seeing other girls, i think you need to find yourself some-one new,your love is a one way thing, you need some one in your life who is just for you, who will treat you better than he has,you need love, passion and loyalty in your life, some one who cares and loves you deeply, because you are you,he is not showing you the love or respect you really deserve, he is using you like a play thing, dont let any one do that to you, you are worth more than that, life is to short to waste yourself on a person like him, come on now dont you think you deserve that much more.

 Maybe what I did once will help you figure things out in your situation. I want you to know I loved this girl a lot, and in ways always will. She asked my back out a few years ago, and this is what I told her: "I will always love you, but I'm sure you understand because of the way you treated me why I'm not able to accept your offer."
Let me tell you, it's hard when you make a decision "love" or "personal respect" You need to carry a certain amount of personal respect. A level of "no you won't treat me that way" and all though you love the person, it's not worth being treated poorly.
