 Well the truth of the matter is what one person may find sexy, another person may not. But I agree with dmartin's comments. I would also like to add...sex appeal, sweet, intelligent, and somewhat flirty. I think most guys would agree that a good personality/sense of humor wouldn't hurt as well. :^)
