I havent had sex but i have given oral, and hand jobs, and i have been fingered. Am I still considered a virgin or am i not because i have done some sexual activities.

The ancient, verifiable, definition is that she is a virgin until her hymen has been ruptured.
Physiologically a better definition might be that she is a virgin until a man's penis has entered her, not only rupturing her hymen (if present) but also stretching her vaginal muscles open.
Since many believe (as I do) that there is more to sex than the physiology of coupling, I'd say she is a virgin until she has allowed her body to be sexually entered by a man. (I suppose you might expand that definition to something like, "... to be sexually enjoyed by another person." if you wanted to include lesbian experiences.)
While my wife and I were engaged we did just about "everything but intercourse" and I considered us as both virgins on our wedding night. Many would downgrade our status to "technical virgins", since we were rather acquainted with each others' bodies and had pleasured each other to orgasm many times before actually joining genitals.
I'd say whatever term you apply to yourself - "virgin", "technical virgin", "almost virgin", "non-virgin" (I sure hope it's NOT "tease" or "easy"!!) - is a matter for you and your partner to discuss. If it matters (or not) to him that you have done these things, applying a different semantic label won't change his feelings.

i think all you have done is a few things which can relate to sex .. but yes you are still a virgin .. so dont worry about it .. as long as you dnt have intercourse ( penatration ) .... your still a virgin ..
Hope this helps xxx

This is always a interesting subject to me.
In the Striaght ( hetrosexual ) sence, you're a virgin.
its a question of penetration when it comes to hetrosexuality.
However..
If you.. a lesbian say, and you've never been sexual with a guy. and you have never been penetrated by a man.
but you Have full Compelete/full sex with a women...
Are you still a virgin?.. you've had.. "sex" just not the stereotype of sex.
i guess penetration seems to be the stereotypical defining point when it comes to virginity.
this brings up the question,
does penetration = "having sex?"
have you had sex?... no you've fooled around,.. so technically you're a virgin.
lesbians don't exactly use penetration in the penis sence.. but.. they still have sex..

Its up to you and what you believe in. Some believe that you only loose your virginity if the penis enters the vigina. Others feel that you loose your virginity when you have any sexual contact.
Personally I believe that you only loose your virginity the first way I mentioned but like a said its up to you.

You are considered a virgin until you actually have full penetrative sex
