I would not like perfume from a man I do not know. I am very particular about what scents I wear. Also some women don't wear perfume due to allergies.
I also would not drink a bottle of wine... I'm not much of a drinker so that alone would put the kibosh on the suggestions folks are making.
Have you asked your girlfriend? If grandad is a cigar smoker... (some men still do that ya know) a lovely humidor or such...
perhaps taking the family out to a lovely dinner one night would be enough?

You cant go wrong with perfumes and cosmetics for ladies, everyone loves them. For the grandfather, a bottle of wine would be nice. But I still think you should ask your girlfriend what their specific tastes are. She would be the best one to help you out here.

I always think a hamper is a lovely gift for mom's, especially if you make it yourself. All you need to do is buy a big-ish basket and lots of lovely food and drink to fill it with. Then wrap it in some cellophane, tie a bow on it and job done! Ask your girlfriend what her favourite food and drink is to make it easier, but you cant go wrong with posh biscuits, wine, jams etc. You can buy them ready made online or in stores but it is not quite as personal.
Alternatively some skincare/toiletries in a nice gift set will always go down well.
As for her grandad, I'd ask your girlfriend about that one. You havent met him and men are typically harder to shop for than women, perhaps there is a book he would like or dvd, something like that. Or if he likes a certain drink, like a nice bottle of whisky, red wine or port makes a nice gift.

Anyway what I would do since you don't really know much about them and especially her grandpa, is ask your girlfriend to have a general talk with them to get some ideas what they might want without being too specific or obvious about why she's asking. Then have her suggest some ideas to you and take it from there really.

It's always polite to take a bottle of wine or two to dinner. Or maybe a bottle of champagne. A gift card or voucher for her favourite shop might be a good idea. That way she can choose her own gift :)

Hi, you could also get her depending on your budget a branded (Guess.Jimmy Joo) bag or a wallet. You could buy her dad a guess wallet as well. I find it works like a charm. Sinc eyou are in teh states you could pop into the branded factory shops and save a fortune!
