writes:Hello,I hope someone can help. I have had stabbing pains at the end of my penis, extra sensitive and sore when it is touched. The urthra is red and looks swollen. It has been like this for some months. I have used Canesten cream on it for fungi or bacterial infection, with little or no difference.Same sexual partner since this started and no stds.Wondering if any of u can help, can send or post a pic if you want.I appreciate any help,Steve
