A female reader, Purple spotted lizard United Kingdom +, writes (5 March 2011):

Its okey! No need to panic! Its a normal thing for some men to have this. Its stuff that still contains sperm, so a woman would get peggers anyway, but your girlfriend might find it weird.?

A female reader, JDinCali United States +, writes (2 March 2011):

JDinCali agony auntOnce you've started puberty, ejaculation has two phases:

1st - the vas deferens (sperm storage) pushes sperm to the prostate glad and then to the urethra, then seminal vesicles release secretions which mix with sperm to create semen.

2nd - muscles contract to ejaculate the semen.

Seems like you haven't started puberty yet, and so, your body isn't producing sperm.

However, if you have started puberty and you're not yet ejaculating sperm, it's good to get a physical exam from a Urologist.

Mark_25_ agony auntIt's pre-cum, and is what it suggests, small amounts of cum dribble out during masturbation / sex before actually ejaculating. Pre-cum actually contains more sperm that the same amount of usual cum, so is just as likely to get a woman pregnant.

Hope that answers you ok :)

The transparent stuff is pre-ejaculate. Even though it is clear it still contains sperm cells.
