 11 months - my husband was deployed to afghanistan with no R&R. Didn't have any choice in the matter. He's deployed 3 times and those times we were both celebate. IMHO that is what you do when you are in a relationship.
Now while he has been home, It rarely goes longer then 3-4 days? And that is after 15 years together.

 4 months. We were long distance. That's also the longest I've ever gone without sex since I became sexually active.
Aside from the long distance relationship I think it'd be around 2 weeks or so, which often happens during Christmases or summer vacations.
