He definately sexually assaulted you. Rape is the full act of sex without concent, also known as first degree sexual assault. This would be s second degree. Third degree is like telling sexual jokes that offends someone. Comments that are inappropriate and makes the other person feel uncomfortable, etc.

He didnt rape u or try to rape you, he sexually harrased you. Theres a major diffrence. Rape is the act of forcefull pinetration against ones will. Meaning he forced you to have sex when you didnt want to. And Sexual harrasment is unwanted physical contact like groping or grabing your butt or something that you dont want done to you.So just tell a teacher, parent, or counsler that he did that and just avoid him from there, he will probably get kicked out of school for a week or so. I remember when someone did that sort of thing on my bus and got kicked out.If you want someone to talk to or you didnt understand something i said feel free to personal message me.Good luck!

What he did was really bizarre and inappropriate. It wasn't rape, but it was assault of a sexual nature. What concerns me the most is that he would do this spontaneously, without any permission from you. Please don't put yourself in any position that would leave you alone with him. Don't go to party's where he could get you isolated, or accept a ride with him. He sounds too aggressive and I think you should stay away from him.

Not rape. That would be the wrong word. Rape is when you force someone into having sex against their will. However, he did sexually harrass you/sexually violate you. It is different to rape per se but just as inappropriate and potentially damaging to the victim. I doubt he meant it as such but I do not think he should get away with it.Please feel free to message me if you need more information/don't understand anything I have written. x
