Red is a bold color that attracts attention. Same with red lipstick. It says that you are confident and feel sexy about yourself. My sister-in-law never wears red make-up or polish because she feels it is slutty, but I love it when my wife does so.

 funny i see this question now lol i have my toes painted red and i met this guy last night he commented on my nail polish saying he prefers "french style" hahaha i guess red was a little too hot for him :)

There are men out there who have a sexual interest in a woman's feet (specifically her toes). The whole is strange 'like'. Some are feet men. Some are ass men. Some are breast men or leg men or face men. And then there are those who could care less about you physical appearance and focus more on your personality. Or it could just be simply the color red on a woman is usually very attractive and seductive to a man.
