 The dictionary definition of lesbian is "a woman whose sexual orientation is to women". You say that the only thing turning you on is lesbian porn, but not real women, so I highly doubt you're a lesbian. Fantasizing and real life are completely different. I can admit to sometimes feeling aroused by lesbian porn, but at the end of the day I enjoy sex with my boyfriend and the thought of being with a woman is not appealing.
If you've never wanted a relationship with any real-life girls, I'm not really led to believe that you're a lesbian. Porn is made to arouse, that's what it's there for. Take any feelings initiated by porn with a grain of salt.
