Figuratively, what would happen to him or her once caught? Does England have a policy or law for teenaged immigrants? Reply to this Question Share |

There are penalties for employers who want to give you work, they are taking away any right to get health care, the government line, is to make things difficult and to starve people to death so that they go home. That dosen't sound very friendly to me.... Mr anon, please check the link given and find out the real truth about the situation of immigration. Refugees who come here because they are frightened of their life, get vouchers for food, and have no right to housing, work or anything else. They can be returned to their country even if the government knows they will be definately killed on arrival... Please check your facts rather than spouting second hand nonsense, that you know nothing about.....

We are not very welcolming to anyone who does not come here legally, and sometimes even if you come here legally (EU citizens are supposed to be welcome) we can still make it uncomfortable and want you to return home...
Please do not come to Britian unless your papers are in order. Fake passports are a very bad idea, you will instantly be suspect for all kinds of criminal activity... eg: Terrorism, Drug Running, White Slavery...
The situation you would be facing would be made worse with a fake passport.... and as Emily says, domestic problems, failure to know what you are doing, is not really Britians problem, it's yours.

If they had a fake passport it's very unlikely they would get in to the UK in the first place. We are almost as bad as you when it comes to letting people come through arrivals.
If you did get through then you probably wouldn't get caught as long as you are 18.
When you did get caught you'd be charged with having a fake passport, be put in a detention centre with all the other illegal types (most of them are on hunger strike over the poor conditions at the moment) and then you'd be sent back to America.
It doesn't matter if your family are horrible to you. That's a problem for social services in America and the police over there. We're sending people back to Iraq, I don't think sending you back to your family is going to be worse than that.
Good Luck!! xx

Anyway, let's say someone else bought you a ticket and and a fake passport and at the time you weren't exactly in your right mind when they gave these things to you and told you to come to a different country with them. So, you went and when you were caught you still weren't in your right mind frame. Would you still not be allowed to return to the u.k.? Let's say that America is not at war, and the teen is facing a lot of domestic issues if they do return to their home in the u.s., what happens to the then?

Unless they are from a country at war, or are in danger for their life, they are sent back straight away. Don't do this. You will be banned from Britian, that's England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and all the British dependicies for life...
Forget it, there are far easier ways to get to stay here for a while, especially if you are a teenager....

Thats a strange question! I wont ask why you want to know.
I'd imagine he/she would be sent back imediatly without any charge as three weeks isnt a long time.
Unless ofcourse they were wanted in their respective country, then maybe charges would be made.
