 Well I honestly believe that porn is to blame for the majority of men being so bad in bed! Porn is all they know so they think they have to perform exactly like the guys in the porn films do, and it is terrible for a woman!
Basically most men in porn films cum all over the woman because it is more of a turn on for whoever is watching. The majority of the time during sex a man will come inside the woman he is sleeping with (and hopefully inside a condom too!). Male and female orgasms are actually quite similar but the major difference is the man's orgasm is external and pretty obvious, whereas a female orgasm is internal and cant be seen (unless the girl squirts - this can happen for SOME girls but please dont think that all girls will squirt when they come).
There are 2 main ways a woman can achieve an orgasm (I'm not going into anal or anything else like that so I will stick with the 2 main routes for an orgasm!):
1. Clitoral
2. Vaginal
The clitoris is an external spot close to the vagina which when stimulated feels good for the woman and she can orgasm through this. A female orgasm is mostly just throbbing and there is no real way a man can tell, it just feels great for the woman and you just have to judge how much she is enjoying herself!
Vaginal orgasm is harder to achieve, some women find it very difficult if not impossible to have an orgasm this way. But that doesnt mean she is not enjoying sex - sex can be amazing for a woman even if it does not result in an orgasm!
As for "what comes out" when a woman comes, it is just a bit of fluid really. There is nothing in it, just plain old fluid! Girls get "wet" when they are turned on and it is just vaginal lubrication to make sex more comfortable, and when a girl comes generally if something does come out (it doesnt always) then it is just excess fluid!
I hope when you do come to have sex you forget everything you have ever seen in a porn film and just go with the flow when you are in the moment. Women like men to spend some time on foreplay - kissing, mutual masturbation, oral sex etc. You will learn about what each other likes in time, everyone is slightly different when it comes to sex, so it takes a bit of time and lots of fooling around in bed to actually figure out what feels good and what doesnt. And dont forget intimacy and real feelings for each other - sex always feels so much better when you actually care a lot for each other!
