You can send him an e-card, and a few sites have virtual presents. You could write him poems or songs or something, and if you two are comfortable talking over the phone you could recite the poem you wrote. Heartfelt letter maybe... If you're a good singer, you could sing him something. If you can draw, draw him a picture. You can take a photo of the picture and send it to him, or scan it into the computer and send the file.

Perhaps you could write him something, like a poem or a story or anything sweet/cute like that, I'm sure he'd be glad for anything just because it was from you.
You could also take a nice picture of yourself for him (if you two are comfortable sharing pictures and such) that he could keep just to remind him of you. And when I say take a picture, I mean an APPROPRIATE picture, clothed, not slutty, etc. :) But like I said, I'm sure he'll like anything you can get him.
