That's hard to answer. There are a lot of differences. Guys don't get a period, but they get stuck with unwanted/embarrassing erections, wet dreams, overactive sex drives and testosterone-related aggression. This might help: http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/sexual_health/changing_body/puberty.html

Guys have sperm that fertilize the egg. Women have the egg, so the baby grows in the woman because the sperm leaves the man and goes into the woman. Menstruation is a cycle that helps prepare the body for the possibility of getting pregnant. If this is not happening, the female is either too young or too old, has a problem with the reproductive organs, or is pregnant already and therefore a preparation is not needed.

Men don't have the uterus to carry the baby. there's no room for the baby to live in a man, not to mention - there's nowhere for the man to push out a full grown baby!
Only women can carry life - that's what makes us so cool.
