hiyah its a saying people use that doesnt always work so be carefull! it means for example, playing hard to get and keeping your gf or bf on their toes and by doing this they will be more eager for you etc. its suposed to give the impression that you are in control and by being the boss you call the shots and they will respond however its not something you should stick to as the majority of the time it forces them away almost like your no longer interested which is never a nice feeling to recieve or give. xxx
