The call was very official but friendly. I'm not sure what they expect. Should I go there prepared to share a bunch of ideas or should I wait to see what they want or expect? This is nerve wrecking. If you had fresh ideas, I'd be prepared to flesh those ideas out. Prepare something that the CEO and Marketing director can read/see.
If this was a fishing type of email designed to get you a job interview, then I would have a resume ready with all your past experience ready to go. After all, you would have achieved your objective, which was to get in to the people who make the hiring decisions.
Go in prepared, with your ideas, but don't share all of your ideas unless you achieve what it is YOU want. If you want a job, ask for it. If you want to be hired as a consultant, ask for that. If you just want to have the delight of meeting the CEO and Marketing director, then you have nothing to worry about.
Do not wait to see what they want or expect. Have something prepared that supports your initial email.
And don't think of it as nerve wracking. Think of it as exhilarating! Your ideas were welcomed enough to get a call back. Most people don't get that courtesy.
Time to do some work.
Good luck, let us know how it goes!

Be prepared! Always.
You must always be prepared for any outcome in life, whether that be having your heart broken, or having a meeting with a CEO ;)
If you've got ideas, great, take them into the board room, if they don't wanna see them there and then, that's cool, just say you have them whenever they're ready.
Be proactive, stay in the game, stay alert! Go shine!:)
