Ah too bad. Maybe it's for the best. It's hard to know what the tear meant and it could've been just the tip of the iceburg. Good luck with finding the right lady :)

We never got that 2nd date in the end...she seemed to get cold feet for some reason and her enthusiasm wasn't as strong as mine so we're not taking things further. She's a nice girl but not for me i don't think. Oh Miss Right wherefore art thou? lol

She really is a great girl...we just talked and talked and laughed and the time just flew by....no first time nerves or anything. She has a wicked, dry sense of humour like mine and she told me that I'm a great guy!
So there you have it...the beginning of something good. Thanks again for your input guys!

She's a very private person so all I know is the one I see at work and I have a feeling she's been messed around in the past. As we were talking all I was doing was being honest and it blew me away when she told me I was saying all the right things!
Thanks so far guys...I'll keep you updated

She likes you a lot and had probably wanted the kiss to happen for a while. After you kissed, the pent up emotion was finally released. She shed tears of happpiness, so that must say a lot about the type of guy you are.
I wish you the very best of luck, she cares about you a great deal.

You know, some women find first kisses to be really special. Some people see kissing as a very intimate thing - maybe even more than sex (most prosititutes won't kiss you. Mouths go everywhere else, but not on the mouth. Not as a hate towards prostitutes, I think that's GREAT!!)...
I'd take it as a great compliment. That means that it was a nice kiss and it was really moving for her.
She sounds like a sweetie.

It was suddenly just the 2 of us...everyone else had disappeared. We walked and talked for a while then it just happened. We'd both had a bit to drink so we did nothing further at that time. I told her to sms me once her head was clear and last night I got a message saying 'no regrets at all', so it seems like we're onto something good here.
Now where's that mouthwash? Lol

She sounds like she may be a bit lonely or sad over lost loves, a bit scared of a new relationship all pretty common emotions when getting the nerve up to try again. She sounds like a sweet person to me.
