 It SOUNDS like to me that he is double checking that he's not gonna get in trouble with your boyfriend after he has sex with you. It sounds like he's asking you if you guys can have a "secret" love thing so that he can sleep with you and nobody has to know. He's trying to get out of a relationship with you and just get the fringe benefits.
It sounds like he likes you alright, but if he really did he wouldn't want to keep it a secret. Be careful around this guy, he sounds a little sketchy, sweetness!
