 Sorry for messing up the page with the URL for the definition, especially since you have to cut and paste the WHOLE thing (not just the hyperlinked part) to get it to work.
But according to the definition, "giving head" is slang for oral sex on BOTH genders, not just on men. (Though my personal opinion is that it's mostly used with men.)
