ARGHHH!!! Sorry, I just cannot let this go! How old are you?
"So for him I fought that"
"What are your foughts on this?"
OP... the word you are looking for is THOUGHT... to think
Fought is to fight. I am guessing that is NOT what you meant?
Right. Teacher mode over. I cant help it. (just be glad I dont have a red pen!)
At 16-17, I agree with Emily, he will probably be trying his best to avoid anything remotely girly, fluffy or anything that may make him look soppy and weak. Guys are very aware of their masculinity at that age.
Get him some aftershave, or a cd/dvd he might like, that maybe you could snuggle up and watch together?
What are his hobbies? Maybe get him something personal, that appeals to his own tastes. It may not be "romantic" in the classic valentines way, but it will mean far more than some mass produced red fluffy thing.
Good luck!

Are you sure you're dating a boy?
Teddies and roses are a bit fluffy for my taste but if he's into jewellery and all that then go for it.
Spray some of your perfume on the bear so he can smell it as he goes to sleep.
Good Luck!! xx
