Recently I had found out he is actually friends with his girlfriend he had before him and I dated.. But he won't even acknowlege that fact that i exist. I mean its been 5 year and I don't expect to be his best friend but I barely had a conversation with him about the break up and what had ever went wrong 5 years ago. And I don't get why he could be friends with someone who left him and can not acknowledge me. About 5 months after we broke up I spoke to him once and said maybe if I wait for him a little longer he will come back and I told him that wasnt fair to me and havent spoke to him since and I just dont understand any of that. Does this guy completely hate me? We didn't even break up for a reason just Thoughts anyone?

There is also the chance that he wants nothing to do with you anymore.
Your best bet is to not pursue it. If it's meant to be, it will happen without any extra work.
