 There aren't any physical signs on their private parts but it would be helpful if he did have 'Jack and Jill welcome here' to confirm your suspicions (eyeswideopen below-very amusing!)
However, instead of worrying and being suspicious, checking up on him or whatever, the very best thing to do is to ask him and ask him to be honest with you.
Allow him an insight into your thoughts and permit him the ability to reassure you or to confide in you.
