The little stubble when it starts to grow back, no matter what non-permanent method she uses, will probably look a lot more off putting than if she had never messed with it in the first place. Some girls have it. Some girls don't. It's no big deal.

personally id shave it, but then im fair so its not so noticable, but as the other poster said dark hair is different, maybe she should go to a salon and they can advise her

 Some girls do, especially if they're dark haired...which makes it more noticeable. I wouldn't shave it off. Depilatory creams don't work on some girls. She could also try bleaching the hair as it will blend in with her skin and you won't be able to see it...and it lasts quite a while.

 No,not all girls. But it is no big deal. She can clean it off in few minutes with a depilatory cream from the drugstore.
