Its horrible when someone who is supposed to be a friend treats you this way but avoiding school is avoiding the problem.Best friends dont act like that without good reason. it sounds like she is angry/ upset/ hurt or maybe even jealous.you need to find out which. Tell her you are sorry that she is feeling upset. Ask her if there is anything you have done to upset her. if she really is a best friend she will talk it over but dont expect an immediate reply. it can sometimes take a few days to admit what the problem is.if her behaviour continues after this you may have to admit to yourself that she is not a best friend at all. that can be upsetting. it can be more difficult breaking up with a best friend than with any romantic relationship, but at least you will know where you stand.
