I always came a fair amount... at least 8-10ml or more. Now I'm in a relationship with a horn dog who wants it at least once a day... she'd do it 5 times if I could keep going like that day after day (we have done it that often, just not more than a few consecutive days)She gets a thrill out of "wearing me out" as she says. By that, I mean keeping me "drained", for lack of a better phrase. Thing is, she's noticed that my semen volume is sometimes very small... of course because we're fucking on a regular basis. I never noticed, because she swallows or I cum inside her. But I'm a bit disappointed now that I know. Anything I can use to increase sperm volume? It isn't really important to either of us, I dont think, but bigger volume does result in a more pleasurable orgasm for me, and I think she probably gets a thrill out of it when I do cum a lot (the few times we went without or a day or two and it built up). I don't want wimpy cumshots... anything I can do? I eat a good diet, exercise (I'm actually an athlete), and I take good multivitamins rich in zinc, vitamin E and other "guy" vits.

It feels more complete when more comes out and the number of "spurts" is greater, which prolongs the sensations. For her, well, she loves swallowing. She definitely has no aversion to the stuff. I have almost never cum ON her, so there is no "wet spot" except for when I cum in her and it runs out as I keep going.

My info came from a study of couples trying to conceive a child. The study said that it was previously thought that giving a one day break would increase the sperm count, however with more recent testing, it was actually better if someone had ejaculated daily.
I'll try to dig for that article, but I don't remember exactly where I read it.
person12345 is right that there are definitely conflicting research views out there.

I'm not a man, but actually you'll produce more and have a better orgasm if you go longer between orgasms, not if you orgasm more. You produce sperm at a constant rate regardless of how much sex you're having. It's entirely possible to just run out for a bit. Though there is some disagreement in the medical community, around 3-4 times a week is actually when you will be "juiciest" and produce the most. You didn't even notice until she pointed it out. It seems the best thing to do if you're really set on this is just to wait longer between orgasms. Just give to her and keep yourself from orgasming if you really want to increase volume. You seem to realize the frequency it's what's done it, so really you just need to restrain yourself if this is an important issue.

The more you use it, the more you'll produce. Make sure to orgasm at least once a day, and you should notice an increase in your semen production.
