It seems too odd to have a different condom than he otherwise usually uses with you, and it was unused in the wrapper(I'm assuming). Even if he picked one up in the course of things transpiring between him and a random girl he met up with, unless he bought more than one at once, or by the box, why one unopened condom? That seems too insufficient for evidence towards cheating. I would just come right out and ask him why he's got a condom in his bag, and why it's a different kind than you're using with him. Catch him off guard with your question and see what his response is, or how his reactions looks. You'll know from that whether you should feel more or less suspicious than you feel now.

 Well I think that is strange.Why would it be in his bag anyway? Where does he take that bag, and what people is he around when he brings that bag with him. I mean, if its a bag he brings to work, or to the gym, etc, he should not have that with him. Unless that's common for you two to be on the way and away from the house when you need a condom.Maybe he got one from the health department. Perhaps he Ran out and asked a friend for one to use with you?I mean, you should do some investigating first. Check to see if you guys have any left first of all, because why would he get more if you still have some.Check to see if that condom you found had any special effects to it. Like extra thin, and so on. Because he may want something different. ALTHOUGH why would he only have one? Health departments do not give special condoms.would he ask a friend for a condom. Like is he cheap, and would rather ask someone vs buying some himself.OR did he have that condom cause a girl gave it to him, to hold so she doesn't have to,? being the worst scenario.I say make sure that bag is near by, and initiate sex with him, and see if he goes for the one in the bag. IF not, something is going on. Cause why would he not use that condom with you.And seriously if you two are not having sex away from the home, or bedroom for that matter, the condoms should be only in the same area they always are. so i would surely try to get him to use that one, and ask all the questions you need right then and there, and hopefully you will be satisfied with his answer, and it could be as simple as that.But if he goes for your normal stash of condoms, i would still bring if up. and ask why he only has one of that type and not a couple, that normally come in a box. Since someone must have given it to him, especially since you said its not the usual type you use. He apparently has a preference.hopefully it goes well either way.I hope i was to some help. :)

reader, anonymous, writes (20 July 2010): It could be, but then again, he might just be masturbating with it to see if he likes the feel of it, and may change to using that one if he likes it. Unless there are other signs or evidence, I wouldn't assume cheating just yet. I would keep an eye out for any other signs, but don't get too worried about it if that's all you have to go by.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 July 2010): That's not a sign. He more than likely just wants to try a different type of condom, maybe to see if it's better, or maybe the store was out of the type you usually use. Whatever the case, it's not a sign of cheating. So no worries! :-)
