-a girl who keeps care of herself (i.e dresses nice, not fancy but nice)
-a girl who isn't afraid to smile
-a girl who is friendly
-most importantly, a girl who is nice
-sense of humour wouldn't hurt either

Obviously the real question is who are you as a person? Do you know your identity yet? Do you know what your likes and dislikes are?
Dont try to become something that guys want, because that will not work. If you're something you're not, then it's not really love that you'll find. it's fake love. Not good.
If you want a boyfriend, which is why you're writing this question, I'm guessing, just be yourself, and be sure to be nice and approachable, male or female, nobody likes to hang out with a rude girl.
Also, keep good hygiene, and stay active, do things that you like to do. Make friends with people who share common interests, join clubs, whatever it is. If you meet more people, then you've got a better chance of finding a guy.
And whatever you do, do not act easy sleazy (eg. Dress like a tramp or be sexually active at your age), because it's not a good thing. Some guys at your age may want easy sleazy, but they'll USE, easy sleazy, not love.
