Loads of white boys in my class when I was younger fancied my best friend, who's Chinese! Anyone of any colour of any race of any religion can be beautiful and get a lover, it's just waiting for the right one!

Its not about race or looks, its all about the chemistry that two people will feel when they meet. if someone is right for that particular time of your life, age,colour or creed wont make any difference.
meet lots of people and the rite one to have fun with will stand in front of youand your internal radar will guide you to them so trust in your inner voice.

In my opinion, the majority of white guys don't have an issue with Asian women because of their race; mixed-race couples are becoming more and more common in America, so you shouldn't stand out too much (this is especially true if your facial features are more "white-like", as you could be mistaken for a tanned caucasian girl at first glance and never given a second glance; however, a more Asian facial appearance isn't likely to offput a guy in my opinion unless he's just a real jerk in the first place).
And as to your personality, like msxcarlett said, "to each his own". There will be guys who would like a quieter girl, yes. These will usually be quieter guys, though. However, beware if you find a 16-year-old chauvanist who thinks you're immoral for not being his vision of the "perfect lady", as he himself is likely very socially adept and outspoken but expects you to speak only to him and only in a whisper. Thankfully, these guys are rare in teenage years, so your chances of finding one like that are slim.
Just look at the male friends you already have. You say you enjoy hanging out with many guys; do any of them interest you as more than friends? A perfectly good guy may be sitting right under your nose without your even knowing it!
