I do stand by my opinion most of the time but it's hard when everyone doesn't agree with you but the other person and no one is on your side and you start to wonder if you are wrong all the time. Does that make me a weak person?? Reply to this Question Share |

Being weak is not about standing up for what you believe in. What you believe could be a pile of crap! What makes you strong is NOT how strongly you stand up for what you believe, but how well you can defend in what you believe and how right you are. If you are shouting like madman about what you believe and someone quietly goes up to you and sets you straight...guess what? That's when you are weak!
A strong person doesn’t doesn't need to be loud and doesn't have to have the approval of the masses. The masses are asses as far I am concerned sometimes.
If you have done your homework and know where you stand on any subject do not belittle yourself if so many disagree with you. Because in this world so few do their homework anyway! Defend yourself...but always leave room to change your mind if you think you are proven wrong.
So to sum it up for you: a weak person is not defined by how quiet or in the minority he is but by how wrong he is. It’s like in Sports….a good offense can win games…a good defense wins championships. Being strong in character is about being strong in defending yourself!! SO believe what you believe. And don’t think you have to be the loudest voice in the room to be right!
Peace out!
