 Brown brown brown brown brown! I have bluey green eyes, and if I want the blue to stand out more I use brown eyeliner, mascara or eyeshadow, and if I want the green to stand out more i'd use purple/plum instead. And it works :)

 I have blue eyes and I wear black mascara and black eyeliner. It really brings out my eyes and eyelashes and makes them stand out. I don't wear any other makeup. Without it, I look like I have no eyelashes.
You can experiment and see what looks best for you. If you wear anything with silver try to apply eyelash glitter after you put on the black mascara. It gives your eyelashes a nice sparkle to them. You can purchase some from Avon.

 black mascara and black eyeliner. Do one strip across the top lid of eyeliner, with maybe a flick in the corner if you wish.

but if yr looking to make your eyes really stand out try a brown eyeliner and a black mascara
