 for "vibrators" I've done the electric toothbrush but I think it could be dangerous, if you have those brush heads that twist side to side. I've been pinched by them and i'm scared they could do more if you don't watch out. There used to be a product for shaving, some battery operated vibrating razor can be ok but it's a little weak. I haven't tried this but maybe those vibrating face cleaners that I think neutrogena sells might work too. walmart also had some vibrating thing that was marketed towards getting muscle kinks out so you might be able to find something there, and if it's self-checkout you might be ok.
all this said don't underestimate the value of doing things yourself.

 You don't want to be focusing on things to insert, you should try to figure out ways to stimulate your clitoris first as that's the main place women orgasm from. A lot of women find massaging shower heads work well, or just laying under the bathtub faucet so the water hits the right spot.

 actually, i have the same problem... i sometimes do it in the shower and use the shower head... because i have a lot of trouble orgasming myself by just fingering. so you can try that, i think it works wonders

 Fingers, end of a hairbrush. Make sure to clean it before and after and to be gentle. Don't viciously stab yourself with it. You can hurt yourself if not careful, but the hairbrush has always worked for me.
