While you are discussing your feelings with people who are around you and can help, start looking at life differently.
We depress our feelings of sadness, loneliness and anger when we don't feel like we can cope with them. We dig ourselves deeper into depression when we feed them with thoughts like "I have no friends."
There are things in your life that can be happy things, if all by themselves they do not make us happy. Train your mind to think like, "I can get through this. My parents love me." or "I am good at (fill in the blank)."
If your friends are far away, it may mean you've recently moved. Join a school club or team and start socializing with like-minded people.
Happiness doesn't just come to anyone. We all have to work at it and find the positive side of things.
Good luck.

You sound like I used to be.
I agree with caring guy here. I know you're Anti - Social and you don't FEEL like talking with someone but that's the key to you feeling better.
Might be also worth talking to your GP

If you're really depressed, that's chemical embalance in your brain and you need to talk to your parents about seeing a doctor.
However, you may just be an unhappy person. You say your antisocial as if it's a decision.. and I think in your case it is. Stop being antisocial. Just talk to people. You can't very well complain about having no friends when you decide not to talk to anyone. It's your life.. and it is what you make it.

Even if it doesnt feel like your problems are being solved it helps to just have someone who will listen to you and understand. Good luck. C

You need to at least tell one of your parents, or a school counsellor. Just from your few lines it sounds like you're depressed, perhaps from your parent's divorce? Try talking to someone so you can get your feelings out and understand them.
