writes:ok this is embaressing but i started having my peroid about 4 months ago and it's been pretty regular but i have no cramps or warining signs so i don't know when or were it will happen and i'm afraid that it might happen while i'm at school so any advice so i don't bleed threw my pants in public?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 September 2008): this happens to me al the time if your a regulary you should now about what time each month it is coming if not where a pantie liner and around that time cheack every few hours!

Keep pads or tampons (whichever you use) and a change of panties in your backpack or school bag, just in case. Make sure you put them in a pocket you don't often open to get other things out of, though...could be embarrassing if they fell out!
