I'm engaged to a man I been with for 5 years. he knows about my being raped those many years ago and has been understanding of it. He does accept me but he wants to know if there are ways to 'tighten' the area up for our wedding night... which occurs in 3 nights. What can I do to make sure I am 'tight'?

Does your man "complains" about the "tightness" issue? I'm sure he doesn't.
Congratulations to both of you.

While I am unaware of anything you can do to ensure vaginal tightness, I can tell you that if you have not had sex in 5 years, it is highly likely that you're tight enough. Tightness varies from woman to woman and there's not really a whole lot you can do to increase that (though we all know how it can be decreased). ;) lol
Have you tried Kegel exercises? They're great because you can do them anywhere, anytime. It's an exercise in which you squeeze the vaginal walls (as if you have to pee really bad and are trying to hold it in). The key is just to vary the speed, and the length that you hold them. My only advice with that is not to do it for too long though...or you really WILL have to pee.
Good luck!
