for_a_reason agony auntIf you're period's due then there's not much you can do to stop it or delay it naturally, I'm afraid. Some girls try fasting or putting their bodies through stress - but I really wouldn't advise doing that! Stress and fasting won't make you look your best for the prom!

The pill is the only way you can control your poeriod - it allows you to time it down to the exact day and hour, or even stop it happening for a couple of months if you wanted to.

Best to speak to your doctor about this one, maybe they've got some secret tips and tricks for this sort of thing.
