heal yourself first, and you will naturally heal your relationship. What is your limitations and faults and insecurities? Find those out and be aware when they are the ones doing the talking and acting, and then be able to see it for what they are. You are the cause of your own trouble, whether it be that you allow it to happen or you instigate it.
