 The pre-cum contains some natural lubricant, and perhaps that adds some unpleasant flavor. I don't know, but some girls like to wipe it away before the ejaculation. Sperm and semen are typically rather bitter, very salty and/or otherwise not too pleasant, I'm told, but pineapple and fruits apparently sweeten the mixtures if regularly consumed in volume or at least a couple days in advance. Beer, too much alcohol, smoking, asparagus, too much salt and a diet high in red meat all reportedly sour the fluids. Try drinking pineapple juice for a day or so prior to your wife's attempts.
