In my case, I'm on of those three at all times. When I'm hungry, I try to have water on me and sip the water whenever I feel like my stomach is going to make a noise. However, with digestion and having just eaten, there's not much you can do about the noises.

the same thing happened to me when i was at Uni. You are spot on when you say it is due to being nervous although, hunger can also be a cause of rumbling stomach.Interestingly, my stomach is rumbling as i am typing this, though this is due the fact that i have not had any breakfast.I guess you just need to ask yourself what makes you so nervous when you are at school. If it is fear, you would need to identify what you are afraid of and, conquer it. If you are just being nervous for no solid reason then, i guess you need to try to relax. See the school surrounding as a friendly and nice place where you can just chill and be yourself. If not, then you might need to speak to someone about it.A school counselor or even your doctor.I hope things get better for you.

Often your stomach makes noises if you haven't eaten/eaten little or if you've eaten too much. So keep an eye on your eating habits and eat normal portions regularly. I used to eat very irregularly, forgetting about breakfast, eating lunch late and then stuffing myself when I did. This often led to my stomach being loud. So sort that out and see if that solves the problem for you.
