There is a really good article on this here:

Don't worry about the hair growing back thicker etc, it is an urban legend, but the shorter the hair is, the blunter it looks and the thicker it might be perceived.
See the advice of a local beauty therapist. They can recommend something suitable for your skin and have you looking and feeling fabulous in no time.
Good luck!

If you are darker haired it might be more noticeable though and teenage boys can be unkind and insensitive when it comes to this sort of stuff. You do have options. You can buy bleaching cream at any drug store or beauty supply, which will make the hair look invisible if it is not very thick. You can also wax it, supplies available at most stores and beauty supply. The last, shaving is fine. The hair will not grow back darker or thicker than it was originally, this is a common myth...but you will have to attend to it a lot more often since you will just be cutting the hair down to the skin's surface. Hope this helps.

Its either you have excess or none at all, if you have excess hair then you probably have an hormonal imbalance and there are things to fix that with the help of a doctor. But if you say you have really none at all then dont fuss about it, and dont attepmt hormonal balancing things it will create a problem. Try asking someone if it is really noticeable, if its not dont worry about it, dont shave it either! it can get worst.

Now I have to shave the whole thing everyday for the rest of my life. (shame it doesnt work ontop of my head lol)Yes it will be thicker and darker. It also will grow back within a few daysUse wax as that will get rid of it for longer (about 2 weeks) but it will grow back.If it really isnt noticable then Id advise you to leave it
