What are we doing wrong, or is it just me?

A female United States age 51-59, anonymous writes:

Condom problems help! I have had sex with and without comdoms in my life and I have to admit that having sex with condoms really spoil it for me. It seems to dry me up during sex and sex becomes sore after a few thrusts. I put on extra lube when we start, but that also seems to rub off and dry out after a while. What are we doing wrong? Is this just me?

pgissyd agony auntHi there, No its not just you! I would often get friction burns if my man got carried away :D. However I fond that if yu use a really good lube, (I found the flavoured ones best :P) They work really well. You can also get different types of condom, some are already covered in lube that is long lasting.

So my advice is, like the other below say, find out if you have a latex allergy first, then experiment with different condoms and lubes. Good luck xxx

Sandman agony auntHmm. There may a allergy component to this although I must say my knowledge in latex allergies is minimal. However, try using condoms made of polyurethane. Since there is no latex this would give you the opportunity to find out if you truly have some sort of latex allergy vs. just not wanting condoms. What I mean is, if you want sex but not with condoms because of the difference in feeling, you might become less aroused once intercourse starts because it doesn't feel like it would if he had a condom on and therefore you don't get as lubricated. Try it and see what happens.

PM me if you want/need to talk further.

Hope this helps.

Emajayne agony auntNo its not just u, maybe u have an allergy to the latex or some other component. Why not try some other method of control. Maybe the pill is a better plan for u.
