It's a major body image issue for me.I just want to know, what are men/women opinions on large labia?I think I'm bi, so I'm interested before considering any major options. Thanks! For the life of me I can't imagine why any doctor would recommend a labioplasty or why any woman would want one. Your labia are fine the way they are. For every lover who wanted you to have smaller ones I'm sure you would find two or twenty who would prefer you the way you are. Larger ones are much more fun when performing oral sex plus they will really massage penises in a wonderful way during intercourse.

"Where the hell did people come up this crazy idea that childlike vaginas are sexy?" I blame Hugh Hefner and the porn industry that followed. Also the hair removal companies!
Honey, your labia minora are fine, perfectly normal and healthy. Stop staring at them in the mirror and you'll be feeling better about them tomorrow.
If you are desperately insecure and unhappy about them, this may just be the current focus of your insecurity and that will transfer to some other less-than-perfect body part.
Take some of the focus off your imperfections--we ALL have them--and start practicing some self-compassion. That's a good skill for the future.
Good luck!

Most people don't care OP and you'll probably go through your entire life and your numerous relationships without anyone ever disliking them and most people actually loving them.
Look from a guys perspective and a guy who's seen plenty of them up close and intimately they come in all shapes and sizes and are pretty much always awesome.
The only thing you should worry about is good hygiene and keep it neat and tidy. I have had some nasty surprizes in that regard and to be honest, labia size is not an issue at all in that sense. I've never been repulsed by a clean and healthy vagina and in fact I love that they're all different.
Does nobody else think it's weird that women seem to be going more in the direction of wanting baby and prepubescent vaginas? Bald and labia-less vaginas are what children have. Women have hair and labia and it's never been a problem for us guys. Where the hell did people come up this crazy idea that childlike vaginas are sexy?

If they aren't big enough to cause severe discomfort then they aren't out of the range of normal. Where would you even get an idea on what "normal" labia are? If it's porn, that's not what normal is.
Labiaplasty is a terrible idea for cosmetic reasons. You risk losing sensation entirely or causing hyposensitization (where everything will basically hurt) and permanently destroying your ability to enjoy sex. No one can see them when you're walking around, and any guy who's close enough to see them isn't going to be critiquing them, he's going to be thinking "SEXSEXSEXSEXYAY!"
Any guy who actually would care that your labia look a certain way is so warped by porn that he's not worth even a second of your time.
It's very VERY common for labia minora to be larger than the outer labia and for them to be lopsided and to be a different color than the rest of your vulva and many other things that many women believe aren't normal. When women first started coming into cosmetic surgeons concerned about having "ugly" vulvas and labia, gynos were completely stumped because they weren't sure what "normal" for that even meant.
I'm sure your labia are completely fine, exactly as they are. Don't go hacking up what are wonderful sensory body parts to try to conform to some porn image.
Here are photos of some labia, some small, some large, all normal.

Surgery to fix that would be incredibly painful and entirely unnecessary!
Love who you are babe, plenty of guys and girls LOVE them! All the more to get your mouth in to ;)
Every single one of us has parts of our body that we do not love, but the trick is loving yourself as a whole. What you see as flaws are the things that make you unique and loveable.
Don't change a thing hun!!!
