I have basically missed my monthly period, i was due on either the 30th of Nov or the 1st of Decemember (it varies). But now its almost the 4th and i still haven't got it. The only time when i had periods which kinda swapped around dates, were when i just started, which was about a year ago. I'm kinda panicking, because ive had about 8 periods in a row which have all been on the 30th or the 1st and now i haven't had it. Is this normal or is it abit of a serious issue? Also what do i do, do i wait or consult a docotr or something? Also i'm a virgin, so being pregnant is out of the question! Thanks for reading.

Stress and dieting will definitely throw things out of whack, even for older women who are more regular.

Periods might fluctuate. They follow the cycle of the moon really, not the date of the calendar. They are also influenced by the women you surround yourself with, believe it or not. When women are very close, or live together, they will start to get their periods at the same time.
The period when stabile isn't always on the same day every month. I know you've had it that stable the last 8 months, but I have a very stable period as well, however I still give it 1-2 days each way. Maybe you'll get your period tonight, on tomorrow for all you know. Just a few days off is never a reason for concern. However if you miss your period completely, for an entire month, and experience trouble with your next period as well, then talk to your doctor about what might be the causes.
The reasons usually are nothing to worry about at all, should your period go completely missing. Often it has to do with stress, but the hormonal balance has a big part in it, and as a teenager your hormones are still higher than as an adult, and can affect your period.
Don't worry, this sounds completely normal. It's more abnormal (and lucky too) to get your period on the exact same day every month.

If i miss my next one i will go to my doctor, but The Realist, i started a diet about a week ago and started excersing more than i normanally do, so that could be one of the main factors. Also i have two anxiety disorders so i'm often under alot of stess.
Oh yeah and one more thing, you see normanally before i start to bleed i get really bad stomach aches (guess there kinda a warning sign), and you see what freaked me out about abit and made me worry was i got the stomache aches on the 30th but nothing followed up.
Anyway thanks for your advice.

At your age it's very normal to skip periods or have late periods. Don't stress. However, if you miss the next one, you should go talk to a doctor.

I've been having periods for 10 years and they are not regular, I would say this is normal for the majority of women.
You're at the age where it's very important to educate yourself about your body and sex education. Be informed!

You are still at that age where your body is going though changes so missing a period is not uncommon. One missed at this point in your life is no reason to stress. If you miss your next one then it would be good just to see what a doctor has to say but other than that you have nothing to worry about.
Have you had alot of stress lately or a major change in diet because that can have this affect at times?

If you are not pregnant, I would not worry. If you are going through stress or changes in your hormone levels your periods can be affected. Leave it a week or so and if you are still worried visit the docs, but I am sure everything is fine x
