Serinity has it down to a tee, There are different types hunny, both my parents are diabetic and my dad doesnt need any form of medication just needs to check his blood sugar levels, my mum has medication. Here is a good link hunny

The only way to kno for sure is get checked out anyway!

these seeem like symtptoms but i see your in South Africa where it can be hot im guessing so it could be your not drinking enough fluids...make sure you do!
more frequent urinating is also a symptom.
You could get a sugar level test if the level is not around 5.5 but has quite a difference go to your doctor -- go to him anyway if the symptoms continue x

Excessive thirst is one of the symptoms of diabetes, however I'd advise you go see your doctor with your concerns, you may just need to drink more fluids and get more rest.
